Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item/s and returned within 14 days.

We do not offer refunds.

If you are not happy with your purchase we will exchange for a different style of your choice, we will only offer one exchange per order. 

Please email Lauraelizibethfashion@outlook.com for the return address and add a note inside of your return stating your order number and what you wish to exchange for. 

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. All items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are returned and received by Laura Elizibeth. When exchanging items we advise using a tracking service and proof of postage.
